These terms govern your use of communications from Pullen for Wisconsin, including our text messaging (SMS) program. By opting in or otherwise interacting with our campaign, you agree to these terms.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all communications sent by or on behalf of Pullen for Wisconsin, including text messages, email, and phone calls. By signing up for updates, volunteering, donating, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.

02Text Messaging Program

Pullen for Wisconsin operates an SMS program to share campaign news, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising requests with supporters who opt in.

You opt in by texting a keyword to our campaign's toll-free number, or by submitting your phone number through one of our sign-up forms and confirming by text.

Message frequency varies based on campaign activity and may increase as Election Day approaches. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

03Opting Out & Getting Help

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

04Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers participating in our text messaging program are not responsible for the content of the messages sent through the program.

05Eligibility

Our text messaging program and other communications are intended for individuals age 18 and older who are eligible to receive campaign communications under applicable law. By opting in, you represent that you meet this requirement.

06Political Communications

Content sent through our text messaging program and other channels may include political and campaign-related messaging, including requests for contributions and expressions of support for Reive Pullen's candidacy. All communications comply with applicable Wisconsin election law and Federal Communications Commission requirements for political messaging.

07No Warranty

Communications from Pullen for Wisconsin are provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any message will be delivered timely, without error, or at all.

08Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our communications after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
